ROCKINGHAM — Two Richmond County men are accused of selling cocaine on multiple occasions, according to sheriff’s deputies.

Last Friday, deputies arrested Tamangus Antwan Martin, 30, of Rose Street in Dobbins Heights and Derek Devon Gathings, 22, of Gales Town Road in Rockingham in separate incidents.

Deputies say Martin had sold cocaine to officers on two occasions, while Gathings had sold to officers three times.

Gathings was charged with three counts each of selling or delivering cocaine and possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine. He was jailed under a $15,000 unsecured bond.

Martin faces two counts each of the same charges and was jailed under a $10,000 unsecured bond.

According to the N.C. Department of Public Safety, Martin has a previous conviction on a drug paraphernalia charge.
