ROCKINGHAM — A woman is facing felony drug charges after police say they found her with pot and cocaine late last week.

According to a magistrate’s order, 26-year-old Stephanie Daniela Quick, of Pleasant Hill Church Road, south of Ellerbe, was in possession of a glass mason jar, five individual plastic containers and three sandwich bags of marijuana and an unspecified amount of cocaine on Friday.

Rockingham police allege Quick was using a 2004 Honda Civic to keep and sell the drugs.

Another order shows she had a black digital scale, sandwich bags and white grape cigarillos “to manufacture, package and store marijuana,” and nine and half Xanax pills.

Quick is charged with one felony count each of: possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana; maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance; and possession of cocaine. She is also facing misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Quick was booked into the Richmond County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond and released on bail the following day. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 18.

Online records show Quick has no other pending charges or past criminal convictions.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
