WADESBORO — A man’s body was found outside a vacant building in Wadesboro just after midnight Monday.
Details were sketchy on Tuesday morning but Wadesboro police told WSOC-TV in Charlotte that they were investigating to see whether it may be a hit-and-run or a homicide.
The body was found outside Wilbur’s Barber Shop on U.S. 74 on the eastern edge of Wadesboro, past the Dollar General.
