RUGGED MANIAC will return to the Rockingham Dragway and will bring 25 obstacles and a day-long party. Adrenaline seekers from across the region will tackle 25 challenging obstacles spread along a three-mile off-road course including underground tunnels, trampolines, warped walls, balance beams and a Maniac favorite 50-foot water slide. Tickets, available online, are priced at $89 until May 10. In addition to advance online registration, participants may also sign up at the event the day of the race for $100.

THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE will participate in the 24th annual stamp out hunger food drive. City and rural letter carriers will pick up all perishable items left at the mail box. All donations will go to Our Daily Bread Food Bank, 108 S. Randolph St., Rockingham.
