NORMAN FEST GNAT SCAT INAUGURAL 2-MILE GLOW-IN-THE-DARK FUN RUN will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 9. The cost to participate is $15, and the registration deadline is Oct. 8. All participants are guaranteed a Gnat Scat T-shirt, either glow-in-the-dark or regular. The Gnat Scat will begin at the Norman Methodist Church, continue up U.S. 220 North to County Line Road, turn left at the first dirt road, return to Capel Mill Road and finish back at the church. There will be spotters along the course. No one under 13 will be allowed to race due to the length and darkness.
