Phillip Dwight Coble Sr., 56, of Apex, formerly of Rockingham, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 2, 2012, at 3 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church with Rev. James Hinson and Rev. June Grant officiating. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be Friday, March 2, at St. Paul United Methodist Church at 2 p.m., one hour prior to the visitation.
Mr. Coble was born Nov. 13, 1955, in Richmond County son of James Coble Sr. and Juanita Dick Coble. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in construction.
Phillip is preceded in death by his father, the late James Coble Sr.; and his son, Phillip Dwight Coble Jr.
Survivors include his wife Debbie Hughes Coble of the home; mother, Juanita Dick Coble of Rockingham; sister, Kaye Coble Liles of Rockingham; and brother, James Coble Jr. of Rockingham.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Coble Family.
